This room is made elegant not because of the decoration but by the technique of photography, so don't get cheated.
This decoration reminds me of time when i was doing my drawing presentation to a client as i get more nervous of my drawing , i will purposely add shadows to my drawing.
Permit me to eloborate.
The painting on the wall was selected because it repeats itself with the contour of the coffee table's legs , while the layered lighting ( double cone) was fixed to make the setting more neat in contrast with the rest of the others. These are some of the 'nervousness' of the designer to come out with such idea. I would personally think the designer is running out of idea.

Dekorasi ini mengingatkan saya pada saat saya melakukan presentasi menggambar untuk klien saya, saya mendapatkan lebih gugup penggambaran saya, saya sengaja akan menambahkan bayangan pada gambar saya.
